The Kindergartener and The Teacher

First day of Kindergarten.
We can only dress her cute on Aloha Fridays.  Otherwise, it's the coed black school uniform tee.  Don't judge me on her first day outfit.

However, though he be fiercely attir'd, First mate Finn be yellow-bellied at the helm.  His one-eyed, black-toothed sister, on the other hook, be afightin' and aplunderin’ with bravery.

Despite his chicken livery at the Battle of Temple Beach, First Mate Finn used his dashing good looks and deviously moustached smile to weasel himself to the promotion of Cap’n.

From afar, however, Cap’n Finn’s wise kin be watchin’ him with suspicion and be not 'afooled.

With one swift move, Cap’n Finn be made to walk the plank and Kenz took the ship's helm as it's rightful Cap'n.  “ARRRRRRRR,” she growled, “this be what I deserve!  Yo ho, Yo ho, where be my treasure?”

And so it be, Finn, having survived the plank, be left to loot for himself, with only his fading moustache and eye patch to hide his shame.

That be the end.

2012 Easter

EASTER 2012
After church, we made a stop to the Wahiawa Botanical Gardens for some quick Easter pics. KK was sure to slather (and re-slather) on a generous amount of her new glitter princess lip gloss for EACH picture.
(The boy looks a little out of it in most of the pics as we had to so rudely interrupt his slumbers during each shoot)

Trolley ride on Easter Eve after some tasty shave ice. I wish we were riding it to somewhere nostalgic, but our destination was Home Depot.
Wahiawa Easter Festival.
Train ride.
Spinny ride with Dad.
Spinny ride with Mom.
Spinny ride with Finn...that would have been a cool picture.
Getting an Easter Bunny painted on her arm. No, she is not it pain.
The E.B. showing some love.
Hunting. Yes, they are hunting on astroturf...in Hawaii.

Random

Picturesque low tide.
Kk and Finn captivated by Finn's birthday chicken nuggets cooking in the oven.
First time behind the wheel...his only citation was driving under the influence of Kenzie.
